Governor Sarah Palin – A Voice For Oppressed Women Worldwide

by Rich Carey on May 6, 2009

Sarah Palin is one of the few voices for oppressed women worldwide and this is why some liberal feminists, the ones who really do wish to stop this violence, supported Sarah Palin, particularly during her speech about women while campaigning in Henderson, NV, in 2008. She is the “turbanless Taliban” they say……..but where are their voices? Silent.

The video below showing highlights of Palin’s speech in Nevada was put together by Team Sarah member Seth Adam Smith who writes:

Governor Sarah Palin discusses women in American politics and history while in Henderson, Nevada a couple of weeks before the election.

It was a beautiful and thoughtful speech, but it was ignored by a dangerous biased media more interested in clothing than in substantive discussions of women in leadership or the international struggle for women’s rights.

With that in mind, I thought I would put together some of the highlights of what she said. Because it truly was a great speech!
